Council of Educators Recognizes Srishte Arvind for Excellence in Performing Arts Development
The Council of Educators, Inc., is delighted to announce Srishte Arvind as a National Credential Scholarship Recipient in collaboration with Shishya School of Performing Arts. Her recognition encompasses two important milestones: the Accomplished Performer Credential (APC), Arangetram Solo Debut Capstone Honor, and the Bharatanatyam Conservatory Credential (BCC).
This dual credential achievement reflects the breadth of performing arts education, where personal character and collaborative skills develop alongside specialized artistic knowledge and technique.
From Performer Development to Conservatory Achievement
Accomplished Performer Credential (APC)
Aligned with three core developmental domains of the UNESCO Framework for Culture and Arts Education, the APC documents sustained progress in character, ensemble collaboration, poise, perseverance, and peer leadership. Its multi-year framework recognizes the value of continued training and growth beyond performance technique alone.
Specialized Endorsement — Arangetram Solo Debut Capstone Honor: Conferred upon completion of an intensive full-length solo debut, verifying master-level performance stamina and artistic maturity.
Bharatanatyam Conservatory Credential (BCC)
As an upper conservatory distinction following the APC prerequisite, the BCC recognizes advanced technical development and classical repertoire in Bharatanatyam. This credential celebrates the discipline, precision, and dedication associated with deeper study of classical dance.
Srishte’s achievement is an opportunity to celebrate the lasting educational value of the performing arts and the importance of sustained commitment to artistic development.
Congratulations to Srishte Arvind and Shishya School of Performing Arts on this distinguished recognition.
