Step 2: Optional for New Students

Use this one-time registration to submit past studio performance training years toward your performer’s official credentials. Select the total years of prior eligible training completed after entering grade 6.

• How to Calculate: Count each academic season of studio training completed after entering grade 6. For example, if your child is currently in grade 8, they have 2 prior eligible years (grade 6 and 7)—simply select “2 Audited Years” and add it to your cart.

• Eligibility Rule: APC and BCC milestone credits begin tracking upon enrollment. Prior training completed before grade 6 is non-creditable toward APC/BCC, and past years cannot be retroactively applied toward the Foundational Performer Credential (FPC), which is earned annually in real time.

• Verification: Our registrar team will cross-reference every submission directly with your studio director. If adjustments are needed, we will contact you directly.

• 8+ Year Cap: Training history beyond 8 years is automatically logged into the student’s permanent registry profile at no additional charge.

Step 3: Required for All Students

Mandatory annual registry fee ($39.00/year) maintaining an active student profile, character habit tracking, and verified academic transcript recording for Grades 1–12.

• What the APC Track Measures: While studio classes build technical skill, the Accomplished Performer Track (APC) measures and documents long-term character development, commitment, and studio leadership over time.

• Grades 1–5 (Foundational Phase / FPC): Establishes early character habits, creative growth, and performance poise (CHARM framework) on the student's active baseline ledger. (Prior learning audits do not apply to FPC years).

• Grades 6–9+ (Core APC — National Award): Conferred in Grade 9 or later upon completing 4 cumulative years on the active ledger. (Grade placement alone does not confer credentials; late entrants must complete 4 active ledger years or submit a Prior Learning Evaluation audit).

• Grades 10–12 (Advanced Leadership Stages — National Awards): Upon completing the core 4-year APC baseline, high school performers can earn faculty leadership appointments alongside their continued artistic study:

  • Grade 10: APC Stage I — Ensemble Leader

  • Grade 11: APC Stage II — Instructional Apprentice

  • Grade 12: APC Stage III — Senior Directorship Fellow

• College Transcript Ready: Earned APC credentials and leadership appointments are verified national awards suitable for resumes and college applications (e.g., Common App).

Important Note on Credential Conferral: Remittance of annual registry fees maintains active transcript status but does not automatically guarantee award conferral. All APC milestones and leadership titles are conferred solely upon explicit authorization and verified evaluation submission. Dues cover administrative archival and audit verification

Bharatanatyam Track Participation

Full archival filing fee for all 4 BCC Repertoire Units ($39 × 4 units) following Guru verification and completion of the 4-year APC prerequisite.

REGISTRY TERMS & CREDENTIALING AUTHORIZATION STATEMENT

• NON-GUARANTEE OF AWARD: Remittance of registry payment, purchase of credential filing fees, or completion of general coursework does not guarantee the conferral of any credential, certificate, or transcript designation.

• EXPLICIT GURU AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED: Credential conferral—including the Bharatanatyam Conservatory Credential (BCC) and Specialty Capstone Endorsements—is awarded solely upon explicit, written authorization and verified milestone submission by the candidate’s Guru/Teacher.

• ARCHIVAL & TRANSCRIPT RECORDING: Only upon receipt of formal Guru authorization and verified audit review will the student’s achievement be officially validated, recorded, and archived on their permanent Council of Educators transcript. Filing fees cover transcript archiving and audit processing, and do not substitute for artistic or academic mastery.

Bharatanatyam Track Participation

Combined archival filing fee covering the Arangetram Solo Debut Capstone Endorsement ($39) and Full BCC Repertoire ($156). Designed for performers who satisfy their upper-conservatory repertoire requirements through concentrated, high-intensity solo immersion.

Who Pays This

Arangetram candidates who complete their complete solo repertoire via dedicated one-on-one study, earning dual transcript verification for both the Specialty Capstone Endorsement and Bharatanatyam Conservatory Credential.

Prerequisite

Completion of the 4-year APC foundational prerequisite remains mandatory. Acceleration applies to upper-conservatory repertoire velocity; no baseline skill requirements are omitted.
