Accomplished Performer Credential (APC)
The first national framework to explicitly measure and honor the dual synthesis of performing arts training: developing world-class artistic discipline while forging unassailable human character.
Artistry + Character: The True Power of Studio Training
Every hour spent in a performing arts studio achieves a double breakthrough. While your child is mastering technique, choreography, pitch, or performance composure, they are simultaneously developing deep emotional resilience, personal accountability, peer empathy, and unflappable stage composure.
The Council of Educators is the first educational registry to explicitly measure and award a national honor for this dual synthesis. But make no mistake—the national recognition is secondary to the real reward. The true victory is the human character your child builds every week on the studio floor. The credential simply makes that lifelong investment visible to the world.
Turning Studio Commitment into Verified Character & Leadership Honors
"My child spends hundreds of hours in the studio each year. How do we highlight the personal growth and discipline they are building alongside their artistic technique?"
In a sea of identical academic statistics, high GPAs and test scores represent only the baseline needed to open an application file. The thousands of hours your student spent in the studio built the exact emotional resilience, live collaboration capabilities, and personal accountability that university selectors seek. The Accomplished Performer Track captures these "invisible" studio hours into an independently verified, longitudinal record of character and leadership growth that stays with your child from early childhood through high school graduation.
Why Enter Your Child at the Foundational (FPC) Level?
Longitudinal character habits take root early. The Foundational Performer Certificate (Grades K–5) provides early childhood performers with positive, structured reinforcement for core life skills built in class.
Anchoring CHARM Values Early
Introduces young learners to the 5 core CHARM values—Compassion, Honesty, Accountability, Respect, and Motivation—reinforcing positive behavioral habits during formative developmental years.
Celebrating Composure, Not Pressure
Replaces high-stakes testing with natural, organic faculty observation during regular studio classes, celebrating focus, peer sharing, performance composure, and rehearsal readiness.
Building Long-Term Grit
Establishes an early baseline of attendance and commitment, teaching children that sustained practice and persistence lead to recognized milestone achievements.
Third-Party Governance & Faculty Authority
To eliminate conflicts of interest and ensure complete institutional legitimacy for academic reporting, standard setting and observational logging operate under a strict division of authority.

The K–12 Character & Leadership Progression
A continuous pathway designed to recognize every stage of a young performer's personal and artistic development.
Foundational Performer Certificate and CHARM Values
Designed for elementary performers (Grades K–5), the FPC track celebrates early character habits, creative performance composure, and studio engagement. Developed around the CHARM values (compassion, honesty, accountability, respect, and motivation). Faculty observe natural classroom behaviors—such as active listening, sharing space, arriving prepared, and maintaining focus—awarding annual progress certificates that build confidence and early commitment.
Stage 2: Core Accomplished Performer Credential (Grades 6–9)
Candidates formally log 10 live-evaluated milestones per academic year (5 CHARM Values + 5 Electives). Authorized studio faculty certify progress across 40 cumulative milestones leading to Core APC Conferral in Grade 9.
Year 1: Emerging
Establishes studio etiquette, rehearsal accountability, coachability, and peer respect under direct faculty observation.
Year 2: Developing
Focuses on lineage awareness, ensemble collaboration, and performance composure during studio showcases.
Year 3: Advancing
