Individual Student Records: Each performer requires a separate file on the central ledger.
Registering Siblings: If enrolling more than one child, use a unique email address for each performer so their academic records stay separate.

The official annual registration window opens July 1 and closes September 30. Registrations submitted after the September 30 deadline require this assessment to cover the additional manual database auditing, individual file creation, and expedited third-party verification required prior to the annual October 1 conferral cycle.
