Step 3: Required for All Students
Mandatory annual registry fee ($39.00/year) maintaining an active student profile, character habit tracking, and verified academic transcript recording for Grades 1–12.
What the APC Track Measures: While studio classes build technical skill, the Accomplished Performer Track (APC) measures and documents long-term character development, commitment, and studio leadership over time.
Grades 1–5 (Foundational Phase / FPC): Establishes early character habits, creative growth, and performance poise (CHARM framework) on the student's active baseline ledger. (Prior learning audits do not apply to FPC years).
Grades 6–9+ (Core APC — National Award): Conferred in Grade 9 or later upon completing 4 cumulative years on the active ledger. (Grade placement alone does not confer credentials; late entrants must complete 4 active ledger years or submit a Prior Learning Evaluation audit).
Grades 10–12 (Advanced Leadership Stages — National Awards): Upon completing the core 4-year APC baseline, high school performers can earn faculty leadership appointments alongside their continued artistic study:
Grade 10: APC Stage I — Ensemble Leader
Grade 11: APC Stage II — Instructional Apprentice
Grade 12: APC Stage III — Senior Directorship Fellow
College Transcript Ready: Earned APC credentials and leadership appointments are verified national awards suitable for resumes and college applications (e.g., Common App).
Important Note on Credential Conferral: Remittance of annual registry fees maintains active transcript status but does not automatically guarantee award conferral. All APC milestones and leadership titles are conferred solely upon explicit authorization and verified evaluation submission. Dues cover administrative archival and audit verification
