Council of Educators & Shishya School of Performing Arts Celebrate Diya Nagella’s Dual Credential Honors

The Council of Educators, Inc., in partnership with Shishya School of Performing Arts, is proud to recognize Diya Nagella as a National Credential Scholarship Recipient, honoring her achievements through two distinguished performing arts credentials: the Accomplished Performer Credential (APC), Arangetram Solo Debut Capstone Honor, and the Bharatanatyam Conservatory Credential (BCC).

Under the guidance of her school's leadership, these recognitions celebrate the dedication, discipline, and artistic development required to progress through sustained training in the performing arts.

Conferred Honors & Verified Pathway

Accomplished Performer Credential (APC): This national credential recognizes sustained student development across three core developmental domains aligned with the UNESCO Framework for Culture and Arts Education. The pathway emphasizes character, ensemble collaboration, poise, perseverance, and peer leadership, documenting growth beyond technical performance alone.

  • Specialized Endorsement — Arangetram Solo Debut Capstone Honor: Conferred upon completion of an intensive full-length solo debut, verifying master-level performance stamina and artistic maturity.

Bharatanatyam Conservatory Credential (BCC): Building upon the APC prerequisite, this upper conservatory distinction recognizes advanced technical development and classical repertoire in Bharatanatyam, reflecting a commitment to the depth, precision, and traditions of this classical dance form.

Through these credentials, Diya's achievement reflects the value of consistent practice, cultural learning, and artistic commitment. The Council of Educators congratulates Diya Nagella and Shishya School of Performing Arts on this important recognition of performing arts education.
