This prestigious distinction was conferred following the Council’s international session in Lisbon, Portugal, recognizing an exclusive, invitation-only group of performing arts directors who embody exceptional educational standards, character development, and professional integrity.

Through this designation, Fontaine Dollas Dubus joins a selective global cohort established to advance the Accomplished Performer Credential (APC)—a national framework created to document, verify, and permanently preserve students’ sustained progress through performing arts training.
