The Council of Educators, Inc. Honors Kaelle LeFranc of The Dance Emporium with National Credential Distinction

The Council of Educators, Inc., in collaboration with The Dance Emporium, is proud to recognize Kaelle LeFranc as an inaugural scholarship recipient, celebrating her achievement of the Accomplished Performer Credential Level VII: Senior Directorship Fellow in dance.

This top-tier national honor highlights the exceptional discipline, artistic focus, and leadership strength required to complete multi-year performing arts training while mastering executive-level responsibilities that translate well beyond the studio.

Elevating Artistic Mastery & Senior Leadership

Governed by the Council of Educators, Inc. (est. 2000), the Registry operates an independently audited central ledger that awards national character credentials and technical distinctions in partnership with certified studio faculties nationwide and Performing Arts Educators (25+ years staging at Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center).

The Accomplished Performer Credential serves as the national secondary honor benchmark (Grades 6–12), tracking long-term commitment, student leadership, and performance excellence aligned with the UNESCO Framework for Culture and Arts Education. As a Level VII Senior Directorship Fellow, LeFranc has showcased exemplary growth in character development, ensemble leadership, stage operations, and peer instruction.

Earning the Level VII appointment, the pinnacle high school leadership designation within the national registry, reflects years of dedicated practice, steady progress through core credential milestones, and proven success in directing ensemble rehearsals and managing production workflows.

A Model for Performing Arts Excellence

"Long-term dedication in dance fosters far more than physical artistry: it develops self-driven leaders equipped for life," said Mark Jacob, President of The Council of Educators, Inc. "Kaelle LeFranc embodies this ideal through her exceptional leadership both in rehearsals and across production operations."

These accomplishments demonstrate the full scope of artistic growth, combining performance composure and personal resilience with advanced organizational skills. LeFranc’s recognition underlines the lasting value of structured, character-centered training throughout a dancer’s journey.

The Council of Educators, Inc. offers its warmest congratulations to Kaelle LeFranc as an inaugural scholarship recipient on achieving Accomplished Performer Credential Level VII distinction. The Council also recognizes The Dance Emporium for its continued commitment to artistic and educational excellence in preparing young performers for lifelong success.
